Carolina Beach Fishing Reports

Carolina Beach Fishing Report - 05/15/10

Carolina Beach fishing is heating up with catches of Redfish, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel and Blues.  Live bait is the best choice right now.  The Menhaden are thick all up and down the river now and fished on a Carolina Rig is the way to go.

I fished yesterday with some great guys from Ft Bragg and despite the windy conditions we were able to catch some really nice fish.  It started with some over slot Redfish and a few keepers and by the end of the day we had a variety packed with Redfish, Flounder, Blues and Sharks.  Check out the photos below of Nathan Stubblefield and his buddies Chris, Robert, James and Jordan.  Great fishing with you guys.
