Chris Gumpper from Butler, PA with a 32 inch Cobia, caught and released while fishing the Carolina Beach Inlet; caught on a carolina rig using live finger mullet.
Even though we could not keep the Cobia due to it being under sized by 1 inch the Gumpper Family of Butler, PA and the Cooper Family of Gibsonia, PA ended up with these fine flounder.
