Fishing in the Carolina Beach and Bald Head Island area has been doing great. We’ve caught everything including upper slot red fish, flounder and are starting to see some nice speckled trout showing up. The red fish and flounder are biting well on live baits including menheaden and finger mullet.
Right off our beaches we are seeing the spanish mackeral bite still going strong. Our near by reefs are producing really nice grey trout, flounder, sharks and big red fish.
