Fishing in the Carolina and Wrightsville Beach area has been doing great. We have caught everything from upper slot red fish, flounder, spanish and kings to name a few. The red fish and flounder are biting well on live menhaden and finger mullet. We have been catching around the docks of the ICW and The Cape Fear River, the best tides have been the falling tide. We’ve not been able to turn around some of these drag screamers. The off shore action has been on fire lately with spanish and a few kings mixed in. The spanish have been right outside the inlet catching them by trolling or site casting. Checkout the photos from the past week.
